The Slade is an upholstered contemporary style restaurant chair constructed with commercial-grade North American steel.  The frame comes in 12 custom unique finishes that are painted with lead-free paint.  The Slade works great in contemporary style restaurants, hotels, and lounges.

The chair is constructed with high-density polyurethane foam for comfort and durability in high-traffic settings.  The seat has 3/4 plywood structure meeting CARB formaldehyde emission limits.

Warranty

Warranty:

Arden Branch hereby warrants the welding and metal structure of its products for a period of five (5) years of indoor commercial or institutional use. Wood products and upholstered products have a one (1) year limited warranty. Metal, wood, and upholstered products are warranted against damage caused by material and workmanship defects, occurring during a normal use and under the conditions for which the products are designed.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear of paint, lacquer or upholstered covering;
  • Variations in surface materials (ex: matching grains, color and textures across different substrates or lots);
  • Decorative features, glass components, glides and other accessories;
  • Defects and damage resulting from improper use, care or assembly, from unauthorized repair or alteration or from negligence.

Under this warranty, Arden Branch will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part at no cost during the first year, except for transportation, handling and shipping costs which will be charged to the purchaser. After the first year, the cost of replacement components is 1/5 of their price times the number of years of use, plus handling and shipping. The replacement parts are included in this warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This is a limited warranty; any defect not specifically covered herein is excluded. Where allowed under the law, Arden Branch disclaims liability for all special, incidental and consequential damage.

As most orders on adrenbranch.com are large item/large quantity orders, the majority of Arden Branch’s deliveries will be LTL (Less than Truckload) freight shipments. All shipments will be via 3rd party freight carriers that are not owned or managed by Arden Branch. The products will ship on pallets via a semi-truck. We know many of our customers do not have loading docks for the trucks to pull up to, so Arden Branch includes lift-gate delivery for most orders. If this is not the case, you will be notified. Lift-gate deliveries include the truck driver bringing the pallets down from the truck but not inside the establishment. Arden Branch and/or the freight carrier reserves the right to bill you for accessorial freight services used at the time of delivery.

You, the customer, have the right to inspect all shipments before signing any bill of lading. In the event an order arrives damaged, incomplete or overstated, the customer is required to make the appropriate notations on the delivery receipt BEFORE the bill of lading is signed. Please note all boxes leave our warehouses damaged-free. Products in boxes with damage are re-boxed. Report any product or quantity discrepancies to the carrier and to Arden Branch immediately and note issue of bill of lading to allow for inspection and prompt issue resolution.  Arden Branch will not be held responsible for any concealed damage claims.
